Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the registration manager at: [email protected]

The percentage of refund will be as follows for valid cancellations:

• Up to 90 days prior to arrival, there will be a full refund with fewer bank charges.
• Up to 60 days prior to arrival, there is a cancellation charge of Euro 100.
• Less than 60 days prior to arrival – no refund.

Non-payment of an issued invoice does not constitute a valid cancellation.
