Dr. Buber is a professor of Medicine at the University of Washington Medical Center, where he serves as the Division’s Director of Clinical Affairs, the Associate Program Director of the Adult Congenital Heart Disease section, the fellowship program director, the Co-Director of the Cardio-Obstetrics service and the Director of the Cardio-Pulmonary Exercise Laboratory.
He is the author of numerous manuscripts and book chapters on the topics of adult congenital heart disease, cardio—obstetrics, diseases of the aorta and pulmonary hypertension. He is a member at the ACGME fellowship committee for adult congenital heart disease, and an ambassador at Washington Chapter of the American College of Cardiology. He also serves as a member in the planning committees of both the American heart association and American college of cardiology scientific sessions and is a member of the 2025 joint American College of Cardiology/American Heart Association guidelines writing committee for the treatment of adults with congenital heart disease.
