Mark Johnson is a Professor of Clinical Obstetrics and Campus Director at Imperial College London and the R&D Director for Chelsea and Westminster Trust. He is the founder of Borne, a charity dedicated to understanding and stopping preterm birth.

Clinically, he is dually accredited in General Medicine, Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Obstetrics & Gynaecology, with a special interest in Obstetric Medicine. His research interests include cardiac disease in pregnancy and preterm birth.
