He holds a Tier-2 Canada Research Chair in Maternal Health and is the recipient of numerous grants and awards, including the CPP2025 award for contributions to cardio-obstetrics. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dr. D\u2019Souza leads the Family-Oriented and service User centred Research on pregnancy Health (FLOURISH) group at McMaster University and is the principal investigator on several research initiatives, which include <\/p>\n\n\n\n

– The Outcome Reporting in Obstetric Studies (OROS) initiative for harmonizing outcome reporting and the inclusion of patient-important outcomes in clinical decision making<\/p>\n\n\n\n
